Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
How does billing work?
Individual plans are billed either monthly or annually depending on your selection. Annual billing offers a discount compared to paying month-to-month. Organization plans are customized — contact us for pricing details.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your progress and data are preserved, so you can resubscribe at any time without losing your work.
Do Organization plans include coaching?
Organizations are welcome to use their own coaches within the platform, but do not have access to Pipeline's coaching network. If you're interested in coaching support, contact us to discuss options for your team.
